Jon Stanley joins Nemein Board
Jon Stanley of Bayside Employment Relations has been appointed HR Board Director at Nemein Ltd.
Jon qualified as solicitor and worked for Eversheds specialising in employment law. During this time, he dealt with and advised on a whole range of employment issues including business restructures, employee relations, performance management, equality and diversity, sickness and attendance. He also provided training on a variety of employment issues to clients.
Since leaving Eversheds Jon, has run his own HR consultancy practice, Bayside Employment Relations Limited.
Jon has provided advice and support to a wide variety of clients in the manufacturing sector including Heinz, PepsiCo, Moog, and GE.
Jon will be providing human resource planning and advisory support to CEO Suzannah Bourne and CTO Lawrence Till as they formulate and implement an accelerated growth programme for Nemein.
Commenting on his new role Jon said. “This is an exciting time to be joining Nemein and to have the opportunity to be part of its growth and future success. I am looking forward to working with Suzannah, Till and the team as we look to shape Nemein’s culture and put people and values at the heart of the business”.
Whilst welcoming Jon and taking him on a tour of the production facilities of Nemein at Brynmenyn in Bridgend, CEO Suzannah Bourne said, “Jon's integrity and impressive business experience are qualities we have long admired and appreciated at Nemein.
He will undoubtedly be an asset in helping drive the business growth strategy and we are delighted to have him on the Board”.
